My Story
My journey with nutrition started when I was only 12 years old, when I began my first diet on my own, trying to understand calories and how weight loss worked.
Like many women, I tried countless fad diets. I would lose weight quickly, only to gain it back again. I also went to many dietitians, hoping to finally find a solution that would last, but I kept finding myself stuck in the same cycle.
Later, I decided to study Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I thought that once I learned the science, everything would become easier — but my journey was much deeper than that. At the time, I was struggling not only with my weight, but also with my relationship with food, my body image, and other signs that my body was out of balance.
I also dealt with acne and started to realize that my health was about much more than simply eating less or avoiding sugar. Even when I was not eating a lot of sugary foods, I still had signs that pointed to blood sugar imbalance. That was one of the biggest turning points for me, because it taught me that nutrition is not just about calories — it is about understanding how your body responds to food, stress, habits, hormones, and lifestyle as a whole.
During that period, I also realized that my relationship with food had become unhealthy. One day, during a lecture about eating disorders, something clicked. For the first time, I understood that I did not just need another diet — I needed awareness, healing, and a completely different approach.
That was the real beginning of my journey.
I started learning how to truly understand my body, my eating patterns, my mindset, and the reasons behind the cycle of losing weight and gaining it back. I learned that real change is not about punishment or restriction. It is about discipline, consistency, self-awareness, and building a lifestyle that you can actually maintain.
Over time, I lost 20 kg of fat — not in one month, not through shortcuts, and not through extreme dieting. It took a full year of commitment. The first three months were the hardest, and in many ways, they were the most important, because they built the foundation for everything that came after. In those first three months, I lost 9 kg, and later I continued my journey in a healthier, more sustainable way, eventually also gaining 4 kg of muscle.
Today, my mission as a dietitian is to help others achieve results in a way that feels realistic, healthy, and sustainable — because I know firsthand how frustrating it is to feel stuck, and I also know that lasting change is possible.

🎓 Becoming a Nutritionist
Later, I decided to study Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I believed that learning the science would make everything easier—but my journey went much deeper than that. At that time, I was struggling not only with my weight, but also with my relationship with food, body image, and clear signs that my body was out of balance. I also experienced acne and began to understand that health is far more complex than simply eating less or avoiding sugar. Even when I wasn’t consuming much sugar, I still had symptoms that suggested blood sugar imbalance. That became a turning point for me. It taught me that nutrition is not just about calories—it is about how the body responds to food, stress, hormones, habits, and lifestyle as a whole.
